Professor Arturs Medvids works at the Institute of Technical Physics of Riga Technical University. In 2001 and 2017, he worked as an invited professor at Shizuoka University. He was awarded the title of Honorable Guest Professor in 2009 - 2019. He has 623 publications. He has participated at the 12th International Conference on Solid Films and Surfaces, 2005, in Hamamatsu, Japan and the 1st Conference on Nanocomposites, 2009, in Kerala, India, and at the Energy Materials Nanotechnology East Meeting, 2014, in Beijing, and Keynote Speaker at the 19th Nano Congress for Next Generation, 2017, in Brussels. He got the IAAM Medal at the AMWC 2018 conference in Singapore.

Prof. Dr. Yarub Al-Douri is a Fellow of European Academy of Sciences. Al-Douri is winner of the prestigious Khalifa International Award for Date Palm and Agricultural Innovation 2024. He has initiated Nanotechnology Engineering MSc Program and Nano Computing Laboratory. He has received numerous accolades including winner of IAAM Scientist Award by International Association of Advanced Materials, Sweden 2022, World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University, USA 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021 & 2020, World’s Top 2% Scientist Career-Long Citation Impact by Stanford University, USA 2020, OeAD Award, Austria 2020, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Award 2019, Asian Universities Alliance (AUA) Award 2019, the total is 76 awards. His research field focuses on nanotechnology, renewable energy, nanoelectronics, nanomaterials, modelling and simulation, semiconductors, optical studies. Finally, Al-Douri is a public figure at international media in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Qatar and UAE. Al-Douri has more than 880 publications including Citations < 14200, h-index = 65, i10-index = 260 and US$ 5.1M research grants. Finally, Al-Douri is one of the Middle-East, North of Africa, Malaysia and Southeast Asia’s most renowned scientists known for his contributions in Nanotechnology and renewable energy, and a public figure at international media in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Qatar and UAE.

Sahnggi Park received his Ph.D. in Optical Physics from the University of Arizona, U.S., in December 1999. From January 2000 to February 2001, he worked as a senior research engineer at Samsung Electronics Co., LTD. Since March 2001, he has been with the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), a government-funded research organization in South Korea, where he has served as a senior research engineer. His research has focused on silicon photonics and optical communication devices. In 2018, he founded OPROCESSOR INC, a startup dedicated to commercializing photonic technology for integrating optical communication into computer chips. In August 2024, he returned to ETRI, where he currently serves as a principal research engineer.

Mr. Jianhong Yang earned his Ph.D degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics (1998) from Lanzhou University, China. Since joining the university faculty in 1990, he has focused on teaching and research in Electronic Science and Technology, Integrated Circuit Engineering, and Microelectronics Science and Engineering. He is currently a professor in Lanzhou University, where he chairs the Academic Degree Committee for Graduate Education in Integrated Circuit Engineering and directs the Semiconductor Device Industry Technology Center of Gansu Province. His research specializes in semiconductor devices, including power semiconductor devices and optoelectronic integrated devices. He has published more than 160 peer-reviewed papers, held 29 patents, and authored two textbooks. He has also been a visiting scholar in the University of Manitoba, Canada (1999–2000), and the University of Sydney, Australia (2002). He founded and directed Lanzhou University's Microelectronics Institute in 2001-2018 and led the Microelectronics Teaching and Research Division in 2018-2022.

Dr. Hakan Ates, Professor, was born in Ankara in 1971. He has been working for Gazi University, Department Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. He is an international welding engineer (IWE), and international welding inspector (comprehensive level IWI-C). He was also vice manager of the Gazi KABTEM application and research center. He has memberships to TPMA (Turkish Powder Metallurgy Association) and KATED (Welding Technology Society). In 2014-2015, he performed his postdoctoral studies on Silicon nanoparticles and silicon nanowires at UIUC. He worked as a researcher and executive in different projects. He has many papers on powder metallurgy and welding engineering and processes, additive manufacturing, nanomaterials, and thin films and so on.

I am Aliguliyeva Khayala Vagif, born on July 26, 1981 in Baku. In 2002, I entered the Faculty of Physics of Baku State University. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in 2006, and a master's degree in biological physics in 2009. Since I graduated with honors from the master's degree, I was invited to work at the Institute of Physics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences from 2009 to 2017, where I worked as a junior research worker, research worker, and senior research worker. In 2016, I defended my candidate's thesis and received the title of Doctor of Philosophy in Physics. In 2017, I was appointed as a senior lecturer at the Department of Solid State and Semiconductor Physics of the Faculty of Physics and Electrical Power Engineering of Sumgayit State University, and in 2018, I was appointed as an associate professor. In the same year, I also worked as the chairman of the electrical engineering department at the Physics and Electrical Power Engineering Faculty of Sumgayit State University. Since 2024, I have been appointed as the head of the Energy Department of the Engineering Faculty of Sumgayit State University. Since 2011, I have been an exam leader and a member of the interview commission for civil service admission by contract, and since 2024, I have been working as an expert in the Advanced Qualification Competition at the State Examination Center. In 2019-2020, I have been working as an associate professor at Odlar Yurdu University, and since 2024, I have been working as an associate professor in the Sabah group of BSU. I am the author of 85 scientific articles, 40 scientific papers, 45 theses, 3 subject programs, including 2 methodological manuals. In 2012, I was awarded the 3rd place in the competition for the evaluation of the scientific activity of "Young Scientists and Postgraduate Students" for 2011 held among young people at the Institute of Physics of ANAS, and was awarded a scholarship and certificate from the Swiss Foundation for Support of Young Scientists. In 2014, I was the winner of the Young Scientists and Specialists (EIF/GAM-3-2014-6(21)) competition. In 2016, I was the winner of the grant for young researchers from the CIS countries of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna, Russia, and the "Algarish-2023" grant competition for joint activities of local and foreign higher education institutions of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Tatarstan.. In 2022, I was awarded an Honorary Decree by the rector of Sumgayit State University, Professor E.B. Huseynov, for my active participation in the public life of the University and for my fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity on the occasion of March 8, International Women's Day, I was awarded the Honorary Decree of the Head of the Sumgayit City Executive Power Z. Farajov, for my highly fruitful activity in the field of personnel training and for the 60th anniversary of Sumgayit State University with the Honorary Decree of the Minister of Science and Education E. Amrullayev, for my highly fruitful activity in the field of personnel training and for the highly valuable personnel training. I participated in the joint specialist training program of Elsevier and Clarivate companies on scientometrics and was awarded a certificate. I have repeatedly participated in local and foreign (Russia, Turkey, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tatarstan, Kazakhstan, etc.) international conferences and received certificates.

Assoc. Prof. Fatma Sarf received her master\'s degree from Konya Selçuk University, Turkey, in 2007 and her Ph.D. from Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Turkey, in 2016. Dr. Sarf has investigated the optical properties of metal oxides, surface wettability, electrode materials for Li-ion batteries, and metal oxide gas sensors. She has produced thin films and nanoparticles with using different type chemical synthesis. Recently, she has focused on waste materials as anode materials for rechargeable batteries.

Dr Chadha Henchiri, is a post doctoral atInstitute of Plasma Physics Chinese academy of science working on Plasma Device research and development. She received the PhD in 2020 from University of Sfax –Faculty of Sciences of Sfax.Throughout his career, she have amassed a vast knowledge of advanced magnetic techniques, as evidenced by a number of international accolades. The exploitation of the magnetic properties of several materials for distinct applications has been the core of her research. Actually, she is engaged to work to the confinement of plasma for nuclear application.

Guohua Xie obtained his Ph.D. degree in Microelectronis and Solid-State Electronics from Jilin University in 2011. Sponsored by Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, he carried out his postdoctoral research simultaneously at TU Dresden and Fraunhofer IPMS/COMEDD, Germany (2011-2012). Later, he joined the University of St Andrews as a research fellow, UK (2013-2015). Since 2015, he has been serving as associate professor at the College of Chemistry and Molecular Sciences of Wuhan University, China. In 2020, Dr. Xie was admitted as FRSC, and he is now working on the interdisciplinary field of organic and hybrid optoelectronic materials and devices.

SJ Xu received his PhD degree in Department of Electronic Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 1993. He is currently a Changjiang Chair professor in Department of Optical Science and Engineering, School of Information Science and Technology, Fudan University. Prior to joining Fudan University, SJ Xu was a tenured professor in Department of Physics, University of Hong Kong (HKU). In the past double decades, he has fortunately obtained some important findings and developed theoretical models with significant impact (>180 particles with >8600 citations) in optics and optoelectronic processes of wide bandgap semiconductors.

Ajay Srivastava is the Professor, Physics at University Centre of Research and Development, Chandigarh University, Mohali, India since 2018. Prior to joining Chandigarh University, he worked as a Post doctorate Fellow at Institute of Experimental Physics, University of Hamburg, Germany at DESY Premises, research assistant at CERN, Geneva, TIFR, Mumbai, and as a Senior Scientist at FEI Electron Optics B.V., Eindhoven, the Netherlands. He received his doctoral degree in Semiconductor radiation detectors from University of Delhi, New Delhi, India and worked as a CIMO fellow for his doctoral work at Helsinki Institute of Physics, University of Helsinki, Finland. He founded CRHDRI, a non-governmental research organization and worked with in collaboration with Alibava System S.L., Barcelona, Spain after his visit to IMEC, Leuven, Brussels as an industrial resident fellow. His research interests cover the design and development of Si microstrip, pixel detectors, and new design detectors and new semiconductor materials for the next generation of the devices for the Experimental High Energy Physics and other microelectronics applications, with particular emphasis on bulk and surface radiation damage in Silicon Radiation Detector of the different types. He is closely associated with the Si detector group at DHEP TIFR, Mumbai and CDRST, Department of Physics, University of Delhi, India.

He graduated from Zhejiang University with a degree in Electronic Information Engineering, earned a master’s in Microelectronic Materials from KU Leuven, and completed a Ph.D. in Microelectronics at Nanyang Technological University. He held R&D roles at IMEC (Belgium) and A*STAR (Singapore), focusing on semiconductor materials and devices. In the industry, he worked as a senior engineer at GlobalFoundries and later as a technical manager at NXP Semiconductors, leading projects on CMOS process platforms and embedded NAND flash technologies. In 2019, he co-founded Smart Analysis Pte Ltd in Singapore, serving as CTO and developing commercial chip yield big data solutions. In 2021, he joined the School of Integrated Circuits, Zhejiang University. He currently leads the Yield Improvement and Product Development Departments at the Zhejiang CMOS Innovation Center. In this role, he has contributed to the rapid development of the region’s first 12-inch CMOS process and established China’s first fully domestic 12-inch fab yield management system. His research is published in top journals and conferences such as TED, EDL, ESWA, CAIE and DAC.

Dr. K.-W. A. Chee, Ph.D, is a Professor, invited to Hefei on a talent program. He was a senior director in the electronics manufacturing industry, and public sector. Drawing from a rich industrial experience of product and technology development, his academic research currently investigates semiconductor electronic materials and devices. He has published in several top peer-reviewed journals, books and patents and has given numerous talks at international research conferences and seminars in science and engineering. He has led industrial projects in the fields of biomedical technology, nanotechnology and biosensing. He received prizes and awards from several bodies, including the Materials Research Society, U.S.A., the Chinese government (overseas scholar/talent programs), P. R. China, the Royal Academy of Engineering, IET, and IOP in the U.K., as well as the Cambridge Philosophical Society at which he is an elected Fellow.

Prof. Dr. Tarik SAIDI is an accomplished Associate Professor at Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakesh, Morocco, where he has been contributing to academia and research since 2020. Holding a doctorate in Electronics and Artificial Intelligence, he specializes in cutting-edge fields such as semiconductor-based sensors, electronic nose technology, and pattern recognition using artificial intelligence (AI).

Hao Lu, Ph. D. is a postdoctoral researcher at Xidian University, China. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Xidian University, Xi'an, China in 2022. He has been engaged in the research of GaN-based microwave/millimeter wave electronic devices and key technologies of heterostructure integration for a long time. He has published 38 technical papers in international high-level journals and conferences such as IEEE Electron Devices Letters, IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, Applied Physics Letters, IEDM, etc., including 15 first-author publications and 22 chinese filed/pending patents. He has made several oral reports at international conferences such as IEEE WiPDA, IEEE ICTA, IWN, APWS, CSW etc. In 2021, he won the IEEE WiPDA-Asia Best Presentation Award, AMSE Best Presentation Award, and Xidian Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Funding. Dr. Lu is Member of IEEE, China Institute of Electronics (CIE), and Chinese Physical Society (CPS). His specific research interests include the advanced fabrication, characterization, and integration of wide band-gap semiconductor electronic devices.

Rayhane Zribi was born in Tunisia in 1994. She obtained her PhD from the University of Messina in Italy, where she focused on advanced materials for sensor applications. Currently, she holds a postdoctoral and associate researcher position at both the Univ ersity of Messina and the National Research Center. Her research primarily revolves around the development of two dimensional (2D) materials. She specializes in synthesizing these materials using cost effective and scalable methods, ensuring their practica l applicability in real world scenarios. Through these studies, she aims to enhance the performance and efficiency of 2D materials for use in chemical sensors designed for environmental and biomedical applications. Rayhane is actively engaged in multiple i nterdisciplinary research projects spanning health monitoring, environmental protection, and sensor technology innovation.

Jihene BELHAJ, Postdoc researcher in Department of Engineering, University of Messina, Italy.  Jihene BELHAJ, born in Mahdia, Tunisia, on May 25, 1997. I earned a master's degree in textile and para-textile engineering and later pursued a cotutelle PhD between the University of Córdoba, Spain, and the University of Monastir, Tunisia.  My thesis focused on the extraction of cellulose and nanocellulose from agricultural wastes for various textile applications. 

As the first author and corresponding author, Angyang Yu has published more than 30 scientific articles in many international journals. He had served as a teaching faculty in Liaoning University of Petroleum and Chemical Technology before he obtained his Ph.D. degree at Jilin University of China and performed his Postdoctor's research in Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research directions cover a wide range among physics, chemistry, as well as materials science. To list a few respresentitive research interests: 1. molecular spectra, 2. chemical kinetics, 3. molecular excited states, 4. molecular reaction dynamics and 5. engineering alloy design.
